Thank you, thank you, thank you to Principal Tran and all the wonderful teachers and staff at BRMS! You are all the best and we are so grateful for the work you do.

Betty has been an incredible teacher! In addition to having a creative approach to teaching history, her commitment to our child has meant so much to us. It's been such a hard year on so many kids who don't learn well virtually, and she made it possible for our student to learn and to work at a pace that fits him best. We are very grateful!

We are so grateful for Mr. Burkel's above-and-beyond efforts to keep our kids engaged with music this year! From home delivery of recorders and drums to innovative virtual ways to teach rhythm, melody and music history, he has made music a major, and wonderful, part of our weird school year. Thank you!

Ms. Buss has been incredible this year. We can't believe we have a flute player in our house - even though she's never spent a single minute with anyone teaching her in person! Our daughter looks forward to band each week and is motivated and prepared and can't wait to do band "for real in-person" next year! Thanks so much!

The first meeting of the Ad Hoc Citizens’ Renaming Committee occured on Wednesday, July 7, at 5 p.m. This is the initial meeting orienting the members to the process, the proposed names, and public feedback to date.

All the information is available to the public via BoardDocs.

Public input will continue through this web page. Future meetings of the Ad Hoc Committee will also include virtual public appearances on the agenda as the work progresses. The Board of Education policy allows for three-minute statements for those who register ½ hour prior to meetings where public appearances are on the agenda. This is not a dialogue but an opportunity for anyone who registers to make a three-minute statement.

Offer your feedback and see the status of the process.
